We want you to love your purchase from retroscharm.com! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Final sale items (e.g., clearance, discounted products) cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  1. Visit retroscharm.com and log into your account.
  2. Navigate to “Order History” and select the item(s) you wish to return/exchange.
  3. Follow the prompts to generate a return label and packing slip.

Shipping Instructions

  • Securely pack the item(s) with the provided label.
  • Drop off at your nearest carrier location. Return shipping fees may apply.

Refunds & Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

International Returns
Customers outside USA may incur additional duties or shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
